Crew Layover Hotel Management System
WingStay automates the entire crew hotel process: booking, check-in, check-out, and billing. Booking lists are automatically synced to hotel front-desk terminals. Crew members simply tap their work ID or aircrew ID to verify eligibility and complete check-in, and tap again to check out. The system also automates meal voucher/entitlement issuance and redemption — tapping the ID activates meal entitlements for the current duty period, with full voucher redemption management. No more manual voucher distribution or paper‑based reconciliation.
